Meeting Point: Penthouse on Long, 6th Floor, 112 Long Street, Cape Town or the Tourism Centre, 36 Market Street in Stellenbosch– Enjoy breakfast or coffee if you’re early enough.

How do I get there? The standard (and recommended) option is in the 1st class carriage on the Cape Town Metro Rail (Metro Plus). This is a unique South African travel experience. Should you wish to drive yourself to the bike shed, please inquire as to directions

What do i need to bring with on tour?

•      Day Tours: Bring yourself, friends, comfortable shoes, a small backpack, sun block, money for lunch & wines and a camera.

•      Overnight Tours: You will be emailed an itinerary and list of suggested items once you have  booked with us.

How many estates do we visit? Tour dependent, you visit up to 4 estates on a day tour, and 8 on an overnight tour.

Safety? Our cyclists’ safety is a major priority for us and all care is taken to ensure that each cyclist is comfortable and that our equipment is constantly maintained. Guests on Bikes ‘n Wines will be accompanied by our friendly and capable guides from beginning to end who will be happy to assist in any way to make your experience as enjoyable as possible.
