A: Yes, from the time you meet at Penthouse on Long, Cape Town or The Tourism Information Center, Stellenbosch until the end point of the tour, a guide will be with you all the time.
Q: What should I bring?
A: Bring yourself, friends, comfortable shoes, a swimming costume and towel, sun block, a warm top / windbreaker, a camera and money for lunch & any wines you wish to purchase along the way.

A: Most definitely, you can buy a wide selection of excellent wines at fantastic prices.
Q: How much money should I bring with on the day?
A: We recommend you bring along some money for lunch, beverages at lunch and wine from the wine farms you will visit.
Q: Will I get too drunk to ride my bike?
A: No! We taste several wines, and do not have full glasses, at each winery. You will be amazed at how quickly your body will pump out the alcohol after a few minutes of cycling! Our cyclists’ safety is a major priority for us and all care is taken to ensure that each cyclist is comfortable and that our equipment is constantly maintained.
Guests on Bikes ‘n Wines will be accompanied by our friendly and capable guides from beginning to end who will be happy to assist in any way to make your experience as enjoyable as possible.
